There are a lot of ideas that often come in our minds when we are in a strict competition of increasing the demand of our business and increasing its capability to utilize resources related to increasing the sales.

But can you imagine a business without any tactics or a strategic planning? Maybe you wonder why there are businesses wherein they generate income at its highest level during the first years then suddenly sink in the industry all of a sudden.

The reason was there is no strategic planning those managers had identified that is why as years passed by, the business situation really drops. Now as a manger I would like to share some useful tips with you with regards to increasing your sales with the use of a strategic planning attributes that a manager should take note.

Controlling the thoughts - thoughts are powerful drive to change a person. If you think that you cannot handle the situation, do not be discouraged and fight for it. You can make use of the available man power to help you during the action face so that there will be a strict implementation of the rules and a strict intervention of the planned ideas that was set.

Never be discouraged and if you feel that you are already in the verge of failure, do not quit. Try to resolved things since you were given the privilege to do the brainstorming and to do the decision making.

Thinking positively – that means you should not be a negative thinker when you are in the business industry. Think of ways to resolve a certain conflict and try to understand that there is always a downside of everything no matter how hard we try to control all aspects of a business.

Mind is very powerful and if you will influence you mind with a situation which you foresee in your business, chances are it will really happen. Being a positive thinker will manifest on how you speak and how you act in a certain situation. The both aspect should always coincide so that there is a balance between the physical and the mental aspect.

Write it in a piece of paper – only few were given the opportunity to be a genius. I am not degrading your capability but it is best if you will write all your ideas in a piece of paper. Try to think of it as a book making process wherein you start with the introduction up to the bibliography. Later you will appreciate how helpful it was in keeping your company on top.

Follow your company’s vision and focus on it – vision, mission and goals are always part of the corporate strategic planning process to improve sales and productivity. Never do things which violate the established vision, mission and goals. Do everything to preserve it and you will appreciate it in the end.

Have faith – sometimes no matter how hard we try, still we cannot do it alone. we can plan but there is still a master planner above us all who is willing to listen in our prayers.
